A family that studies together stays together. At Broward Community Schools, we provide opportunities for parents and their children to learn together with the Family Literacy Program. The Family Literacy Program allows parents who are enrolled in English or GED® classes, and 16 years of age or older, the ability to study with their kids and help everyone improve.
Adult students who participate in parenting skills training, and activities to help their children learn get the opportunity to improve their personal skills along with their children’s skills. While studying for GED® prep, you’ll learn right alongside your children to benefit the entire family.
